I cannot say enough about the care I received from Sara Hintz. She was extremely professional, knowledgeable, compassionate, and friendly. She tried several treatments which ultimately resulted in wound healing. The attention I received was more than I expected. Thank you and love Sara!

Mendota has been amazing to work with! Our patients have had such wonderful success with healing with the help of the wonderful NPs providing great care! It's so beneficial to have staff come to the homes of patients that have a difficult time getting out. Thank you for all you Mendota team!

I am so thankful to have found Mendota Health and recommend it highly. We have been blessed with Lindsey. Since day one Lindsey has gone above and beyond and works hard to get healing results. Lindsey genuinely cares about her patients and that means so much. Lindsey takes pride in her work and it shows everytime she visits. She is very knowledgeable in her field and knows exactly what needs to be done to get the best results. Lindsey takes time to answers my questions and concerns and that is very much appreciated. So,3 monrhs later and my girls woundvwill be 100% healed! I cant r thank ike for the first half of carecand Haley for the last 3 months enough for the great job they dud with this stage 4 wound. Andbof course thanks to the powers that be at mendota that made a great decusion to stick with us. You all have no idea how happy we are. THANK YOU!! We were excited to finally find wound care that came to the home and took Medicaid. The N.p. ,Ike, and Andrew on the phone were always top notch in their fields. However, our alternating air mattress had a leak and the bed bottomed out. We had to get my wife out of the bed several times with a hover lift to change mattresses. This absolutely did nothing positive for her sacaral wound.over a 2 week period We struggled to keep a good mattress under her and get the air one replaced to no avail . Thats when we were discharged because the wound had not gotten better in that 2 week period. It was still better than before mendota but they had no hesitation discharging us even though her bed failed through no fault of our own. I could understand if we weren't following the orders, or not repositioning or if thecwound was to far gone but not of that was the reason the wound hadn't gotten better this time period. Potato mention the fact that a trainee was with the n.p. today who was allowed to do the wound measurements. She did them very quickly and didn't seem to be to worried they may be inaccurate measurements. The difference in 2 weeks seemed very hi to me. The n.p. has been the one to have measured the wound from day one, there's no way she measured the same way as he did. I really really thought they would see how hard we are trying. Now, we have zero wound care. Took a year and a half to find this clinic. And a hot minute to get discharged because our air mattress failed us. Do better mendota. We are now on our own with a wound that stoll could be healed. Very dissapointed UPDATE!! I am happy to say that within 24 hours Me

Our Home Health agency has worked with Mendota on multiple occasions. Our nurses love the communication and collaboration the NP’s provide. We appreciate the weekly to twice weekly visits the NP’s provide to treat wounds aggressively and heal our patients faster. Mendota is a great partner to have.

Nurse practitioner Kathleen Gonzalez fantastic she helped me heal a wound that I suffered with for 11 1/2 months and she did amazing job with changing up techniques and methods debating made it as painless as possible. Very supportive, wonderful personality, very knowledgeable, very comfortable, excellent bedside matter, countless times she would call in between debating the wound he even had someone come out on two occasions to check and see if I had blood clots at my home. I have some disabilities at the time I wasn’t able to leave my home and she is helping me with my healing journey. Now wound free and this was the scariest ugliest wound that I’ve ever had and I have lymphoedema and I’ve seen some bad ones and I’ve went to many wound care clinics that gave up on me and she never gave up. She did everything from skin graphs to something called measlt And different wrapping techniques motivating me staying positive testing for bacteria she was always on top of her game. She is one of the best in the game. I do thank God for her and get forward to God and thank God put people like her and everyone at Mendota has been nothing but nice kind and helpful. Their services are truly one of a kind, I wish that you were more mobile services or even doctors like them. Thank you for everything again Kathleen you are more than just my nurse practitioner. You are a friend with me and And bad, and we finally got to see Excellent result which I don’t always get in my situation. Well highly recommend your services to anyone in need Wound care
